QB Aaron Rodgers is now part owner of an NBA team, the Milwaukee Bucks.
The Bucks announced Friday during its playoff game against the Boston Celtics that Rodgers joined the ownership group of the Bucks as a limited partner.
Rodgers was in attendance for Friday's game and was seated between Bucks owner Wes Edens and professional race driver and girlfriend Danica Patrick.
"I have proudly called Wisconsin my home for the past 13 years, and I am thankful for the friendships and the opportunities I have been given to live and play here," Rodgers said in a statement released by the Bucks. "I am excited and honored to deepen my connection to the region by joining Wes Edens, Marc Lasry, Jamie Finan, Mike Fascitelli and the ownership group of the Milwaukee Bucks.
"As a huge fan of the NBA and the sport of basketball, this is a dream come true for me, and I look forward to furthering my affinity for Wisconsin sports as a minority owner in a team I love and support."
Rodgers is the only active NFL player to be a limited partner of an NBA team.

Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports reported that Rodgers was not in favor of the team replacing quarterbacks coach Alex Van Pelt and releasing wide receiver Jordy Nelson. "Both of those decisions were made without him," an unnamed source close to Rodgers told Robinson. "In both situations, he had no influence with (the front office) before anything went down." WR Trevor Davis made an apparent joke that quickly escalated into a serious matter at Los Angeles International Airport. Multiple media outlets reported that Davis was arrested on a misdemeanor count of making criminal threats at the airport on Sunday. TMZ Sports reported that Davis was asked routine security-related questions about the contents of his checked luggage at a Hawaiian Airlines ticket counter. At that point, Davis allegedly turned to his female traveling companion and asked, "Did you remember to pack the explosives?" The apparent attempt at humor wasn't appreciated by security, as the 24-year-old Davis was taken into custody by LAX police before being released from jail after posting $15,000 bond. The woman with Davis was not arrested, LAX police confirmed to ESPN.

CB Tramon Williams is set to begin his second stint with the Green Bay Packers. Williams, who played his first eight seasons in Green Bay, officially signed a contract with the team. The Packers did not divulge the terms of the deal, but NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported that it was a two-year contract worth approximately $10 million. The 35-year-old Williams spent last season with the Arizona Cardinals, starting nine of 13 games while playing opposite Pro Bowl cornerback Patrick Peterson. Jones had two charges against him dropped after agreeing to the no-contest plea of driving with a controlled substance in his system, USA Today reported. Charges of speeding and operating without a license were dismissed, although Jones had his license suspended for six months, was fined $1,047 and ordered to undergo an alcohol assessment, according to court records. The 23-year-old Jones is still subject to possible discipline by the NFL.

In home games, Hundley finished with zero touchdown passes, seven interceptions and a 50.6 passer rating compared to eight touchdowns, three interceptions and 97.6 passer rating in road games. All three of the road interceptions came at Minnesota, when Hundley played the final three-plus quarters after starter Rodgers had suffered a broken collarbone.
